MOWJ Guarantee

Clear terms. Checked delivery. A person decides.

Every booking on MOWJ runs under the same rules, so a buyer knows what they are paying for and a creator knows when their work is done.

What it is not. The MOWJ Guarantee is a set of marketplace protection rules. It is not a financial guarantee, not insurance, not escrow and not a regulated financial service, and MOWJ does not hold money on anyone's behalf.

How a booking runs

  1. 01

    Terms are frozen

What is delivered, by when, how many revisions, and which usage rights. Fixed the moment the buyer pays. Neither side can change them afterwards.

  2. 02

    The creator delivers

With a note and a link to the published content or files. The delivery is recorded with its time.

  3. 03

    The buyer reviews

Within the review window the creator set (48 hours unless stated otherwise), the buyer accepts or asks for changes within the agreed revisions.

  4. 04

    Silence is acceptance

If the buyer does nothing before the window closes, the delivery counts as accepted. A buyer who goes quiet cannot hold a creator's work open.

  5. 05

    The order completes

Acceptance closes the order. A problem found afterwards can still be raised for 14 days.

If you are buying

  • You see the full terms before you pay, and they cannot change after.
  • You get the agreed number of revisions, and a review window after every delivery.
  • If the work is not delivered, is late, or is not what was agreed, you can open a dispute.
  • If a creator declines your booking before starting, the order is cancelled in full.

If you are a creator

  • You set the scope, the price, the revisions and the review window. That is the whole job.
  • Requests outside the agreed scope are not part of the booking, and you can dispute them.
  • A buyer who does not respond after delivery does not block you: the delivery counts as accepted when the window closes.
  • Revisions are limited to the number you agreed. There is no unlimited rework.

When something goes wrong

Either side can open a dispute and say what happened. The order pauses. A person at MOWJ reads the agreed terms, the delivery and both accounts, and decides. Nothing is decided automatically.

The decision can be: the delivery stands, the creator must fix or redo the work, a partial refund, a full refund, or cancellation. Both sides are told the decision and the reason.

Where things stand today

MOWJ is in test mode. Payments are simulated: no card is charged, no money moves, and a refund is a record on the order, not a transfer. The rules above already run exactly as described, so you can see how a real booking will behave before any real payment is switched on.
