Acceptable Use Policy

The platform is a business tool for creator campaigns. Using it for anything that harms other people, misleads them or damages the service is not acceptable.

• Posting or sending unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Misleading others: fake profiles, impersonation, invented or inflated metrics, false claims about verification or past work.
• Harassment, hate, threats, discrimination or abuse directed at other users or at our staff.
• Scraping, automated collection or bulk export of other people's data, or using the platform to build a separate database of creators or brands.
• Trying to bypass security, access another organization's data, test our systems without permission or interfere with their operation.
• Abusing rate limits, AI features or the contact form, including sending spam.
• Uploading malware, or files you do not have the right to share.
• Evading a suspension by creating another account.

Uploads must be of an allowed type and within the size limit shown when you upload. For larger video, share a link. Do not put passwords or sensitive personal documents in messages, comments or the contact form.

Do not submit other people's confidential or personal information to AI features unless you have the right to. Do not use AI features to produce deceptive content or to impersonate someone. AI output is a recommendation for you to review, not something to publish unchecked.

If you find a security problem, tell us through the contact form with the security topic. Give enough detail to reproduce it and do not access other people's data while you test. Security contact address: to be confirmed.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or end an account, and report conduct to the authorities where the law requires. We will explain our decision where we can.
